Study examines teen beliefs and behaviors around iPod use, risk for hearing loss. Good reasons to limit maximum audio output levels on iPods, which you can do in "Settings." (Similar for iPads)

Tomorrow.org conducts annual surveys of students, teachers, administrators and parents. Summaries of their national results are reported each year, but districts that sign up to take the free surveys get individualized reports. The "Learning in the 21st Century: Taking it Mobile" report is a very interesting read.
